Fruits and Vegetables

Every morning, and several times throughout the day, we restock the shelves to ensure the optimal freshness of our products. Around twenty local farmers supply us with seasonal produce. The wholesalers Pro Natura, in Cavaillon and Relais Vert in Carpentras carefully select products, allowing us to vary our offer every day of the year.

We are uncompromising in what we offer you: seasonality, intrinsic quality, and taste come first. Some rare fruits or forgotten vegetables will inspire you to create new dishes.

The Farmers

Guillaume Ponçon supplies us with broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cherries from Graveson.
We collaborate year-round with Domaine de Mauvejeane in St Mitre les Remparts.
Nicolas Porcher grows young shoots in Graveson.
Lamb’s lettuce is cultivated by Clairvie Alpilles in Fontvieille.
Asparagus and strawberries come from Vert’ige in Cabannes.
Nathalie Roux grows pears in St Remy de Provence.
