Chef Nathalie, in charge of the kitchen at Terre et Blé, our sister company, prepares a variety of salads, sweet or savory tarts, hummus, pickles, and other delights every day. Her inventive cuisine is crafted using products from our store: fruits and vegetables, meats, legumes, dairy, and pantry items. A selection of samosas, falafels, and Nîmes-style salt cod brandade complements our homemade products, ensuring there’s something for every taste and that each day brings something new.
